- Use at least 4 of the characters. 30 minutes prep, 2-5 min. skit. Must have name tags!
- Alice Choline – Acetylcholine impacts muscle actions, emotions, and memory.
- Sara Tonin – Serotonin adds to feelings of well-being and happiness.
- Gabby Gaba – Gaba is an antagonist or inhibitor (opposite of glutamate).
- Gary Glutamate – Glutamate is important for learning and memory. It excites neurons.
- Donna Dopamine – Dopamine is important in the brain's reward and pleasure centers. Dopamine also helps regulate movement and emotional responses. A deficit means Parkinson's disease.
- Nora Pinephrine – Norepinephrine is involved with memory, learning, wakefulness, and emotion. During stress, it increases pulse and lowers intestinal activity. It's actually a hormone, not a neurotransmitters.
- Enrique Endorphins – Endorphins inhibit pain, increase pleasure and memory.
- Others? – You can add your own, like “Brain” or "Adrenaline".
- Put your characters in a scene and have them interact. Stay within their "personality". Scene ideas...
